ABOUT US

Legend StructuresLegend Structures is a design and manufacturing firm focused on prefabricated structures for parks and outdoor spaces across North America.

We believe great projects are built through thoughtful design, clear communication, and a commitment to quality. Our team works closely with vendors, sales representatives, architects, and owners to solve problems early and keep projects moving forward.

By combining practical experience with a straightforward process, we help reduce complexity, maintain alignment, and deliver structures that perform as expected in the field.

Our goal is simple: protect the vision, stay on budget, and deliver a structure that works.

Our team brings experience across engineering, manufacturing, and project execution, staying closely involved from early planning through delivery to ensure every structure meets expectations. 


Adam Ritter | Principal Partner

Adam brings a combination of engineering depth and real-world execution to Legend Structures. With over 15 years in the prefabricated structure industry, he has worked across design, estimating, and operations, ultimately leading supply chain and manufacturing processes for large-scale projects across the country.

At Legend Structures, Adam focuses on building the right team and supporting the partners around it. He works to create alignment across engineers, vendors, and production teams while reinforcing a culture built on accountability, quality, and follow-through. His approach is centered on long-term relationships and sustainable growth, ensuring both the company and its partners are positioned to succeed over time.

Before entering the industry, Adam competed at the highest level as a member of the USA National Swim Team and a multi-time NCAA champion at the University of Arizona. That same discipline and attention to detail now show up in how he approaches every project.

  


Kyle Ritter | Principal Partner

Kyle leads the front end of every project at Legend Structures, helping clients turn ideas into clear, buildable solutions. With a background in aerospace engineering and over a decade in the prefabricated structure industry, he brings both technical precision and a strong understanding of what clients need to move projects forward.

At Legend Structures, Kyle focuses on building strong relationships early while helping align clients, designers, and internal teams from day one. His approach is rooted in clear communication, shared expectations, and making sure everyone involved is working toward the same outcome. The result is a smoother process, better decisions early, and projects that stay on track.

Earlier in his career, Kyle worked in aerospace engineering supporting missile defense systems, which shaped his analytical approach and attention to detail. That foundation, combined with years in the prefab industry, allows him to bridge the gap between design and real-world construction.

  


Brad Baltruczak | Director of Engineering

Brad brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in custom steel design and fabrication, with a career built around turning complex ideas into finished projects. 

He has worked across nearly every stage of the process, from 3D modeling and detailing to engineering, operations, and inside sales. Over 17 years at Icon Shelters, Brad led design teams, managed engineering schedules, developed new product lines, and helped drive both fabrication efficiency and business growth. 

At Legend Structures, Brad leads the design and development process with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and feasibility. His experience bridging design, estimating, and fabrication helps ensure projects move smoothly from concept to production without unnecessary rework or delays. 

Brad’s approach is straightforward: design it right the first time, make it buildable, and support the team every step of the way.

  

FROM THE FOUNDERS

We did not build this company because we were overly passionate about prefabricated structures. We built it because we believe in being part of a team that uses its collective talents to solve challenges and create something better.

Too often in our industry, we saw customers, reps, and vendors frustrated by poor communication, limited vision, and relationships that felt transactional instead of collaborative. We believed there was a better way to build a company, one grounded in clear values, strong partnerships, and accountability. Those values shape how we hire, who we partner with, and how we serve our clients.

One of the best aspects of this industry is that the possibilities are nearly endless, limited only by the imagination of the designer. While ideas can be ambitious, budgets do not always have to be. We enjoy getting involved early, when collaboration can help turn an initial concept into a successful project.
